Owner, Roberta (Bobbie) Rodgers, was one of the first 200 people worldwide to earn a CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) title through the Qualatex Balloon Network. She has also helped many people learn basic balloon decorating and gift basket techniques by teaching classes at Community Colleges. We are very proud to have won the 1996 Los Angeles Fair balloon sculpture contest using the help of beginning balloon students.
